Outgoing RPC Board Members
Resilient Payne County honored five retiring board
members at their annual board meeting on June 21, 2023.
Lowell Barto, Terry Carpenter, Missy Sorrentino, Wendy Taylor and Caryl Talley have served on RPC’s board for a number of collective years and have contributed their time and talents to so much.
Initiatives and outreach during their tenure include community education seminars, research and advocacy, and a bus stop installed at the Stillwater Medical Pediatric Clinic which allows children and parents easier access to local clinics.

“We will miss all five of these amazing community leaders and appreciate the work they have done to strengthen not only RPC but our community."
~ Sheri Carter, RPC Previous Board Chair
